This group aims to attract Melbourne's Jews in their 40's and 50'...s (and those who feel like they are in their 40's and 50's) to help us stay in touch, with the backing and support of B'nai B'rith Victoria. With your input, our events over the coming months will be social, enjoyable, educational and charitable. We WELCOME you, your friends and family to join and participate in our discussions and events.

The Chaverim Group held a FREE "Coffee, Cake and Chat in the Succah" event on Sunday 23rd October 10.30am to 12.00. Over 30 "friends" enjoyed a relaxed morning, catching up with old and new friends. See photo below;

Chaverim Group held its second successful event on Saturday night 27th August. We welcomed nearly 40 Chaverim, many new and old friends, to a Wine, Cheese and Games Night. No one wanted to leave early, especially before the end of their games. We were clearing up around some tables, at the end of the night, with games still going on. It have must been a good sign! |

BBVic Chaverim Group held its first event on Sunday 15th May 2016. We held a very successful Trivia Night, which was held at the Caulfield Park Pavilion to the delight of over 40 friends.
We all enjoyed the atmosphere, the bagels, dips, nibbles and drinks, and a for ONLY $15.00. Old fiends got reacquainted and new friendships have begun.
We greatly appreciate the generous donations for our Trivia Night from various supporters who helped to make this fun night a great success. Our donors were promoted on the night with flyers or business cards and on the BBVic Chaverim FaceBook page.
The group gave a generous donation to Hatzolah, raised from the event. Both Hatzolah and B'nai B'rith send you all our thanks.
